Having consistent coffee sessions with potential BNI members is important to ensure we will have consistent growth in our core group.

Without coffee sessions, we will not be able to have consistent growth in the core group as the number of business people enrolling into the core group will be less.

The key to success in moving the core group faster, is to keep meeting different people. Knowing that the number of meetings is not equivalent to the number of conversions.

Coffee sessions are not only useful when building the core groups, it is also useful for managing our visitors' expectations. During coffee sessions, we are able to build relationships first before we go for the connection.

With the online world now, coffee sessions are much easier to have. Each session of the coffee sessions must not take too long. During the coffee session, the main idea is to share the solutions to grow the business, and not to sell the membership.
